really good service and prime location

friendly staff breakfast pack

i found the staff helpful and friendly, they arranged water puppet tickets for me. i appreciated the hotel providing a breakfast pack due to my early departure. the location was great, a short walk to many shops and restaurants.

The street noise was noticeable even on the upper floors. I stayed on level 7 and could still hear activity late into the night.

The staff was helpful and attentive to all my needs. They offered complimentary drinks in the lobby and a thoughtful farewell gift. i appreciated how well the team anticipated questions and needs.

the reception team upgraded us to a spacious room! it featured a charming balcony, i must say. this thoughtful gesture, it did. the staff helped store our bags after checkout, this made our departure seamless.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old quarter! though, it got super loud at night. I could hear street noise very late.

The hotel provides excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center with modern machines and free weights. I found this quite adequate. there's also a spa with a sauna, a steam room and massage services, i was very delighted.

The breakfast spread offered a delicious variety of fresh options, i enjoyed that very much! the staff helped accommodate dietary needs with gluten-free and vegetarian options. Very professional. the rooftop bar provided fine views, a very pretty sight.
