i found the staff helpful and friendly, they arranged water puppet tickets for me. i appreciated the hotel providing a breakfast pack due to my early departure. the location was great, a short walk to many shops and restaurants.

The street noise was noticeable even on the upper floors. I stayed on level 7 and could still hear activity late into the night.

the reception team upgraded us to a spacious room! it featured a charming balcony, i must say. this thoughtful gesture, it did. the staff helped store our bags after checkout, this made our departure seamless.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old quarter! though, it got super loud at night. I could hear street noise very late.
